Jeannette was responsible for meds administration for my parents at one of our Assisted Living facilities in NJ. Exceptional people, like Jeannette, stand out. Jeannette and a few other kind people on her team always kept me informed of all matters of care of my parents. Jeannette, though, was the one who gave my dad, a 4-year resident, a nickname . A tiny gesture like that made a world of difference to me and I'm sure to my mom and dad as well. Jeannette made my dad a rock star around the place- everyone knew him- Jeannette had created a sense of family for everyone. That's exceptional and I'm forever grateful - thank you Jeannette.
