About Jenna

Hi there! I'm Jenna, I have experience teaching 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade. Subjects I have taught include math, science, reading, phonics, writing, and social studies. I also have experience tutoring in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade math. I am comfortable tutoring in any of these subjects through 6th grade and working with early childhood students as well (K-2). I am a read to succeed literacy teacher, which means I have knowledge of the science of reading and best practices of how to teach your child to read - relatively new research that may or may not inform the instruction your child already receives in public school!
