I have known Jennifer for years as a trusted nanny to my kids and now a family friend. She is very trusting and reliable. I don't leave my kids with many people to watch them but I can rest assured knowing they are safe and well taken care of by her. She keeps the place tidy, which I greatly appreciate and she loves going outdoors and planning fun activities with the kids. I have found no difficulty at all in communicating with Jennifer. I feel like she treats and cares for my kids as her own when I am not able to and I couldn't ask for anything more.
