About Jennifer

I'm currently a nanny for a lovely family. My duties include engaging children in daily activities, emphasizing respect, kindness and social interaction and active play while learning. I also provide meal preparation, children's laundry and light housekeeping in the children's play area. I was previously the lead teacher in an infant room 9-18 months where I was responsible for the care of 12children. My duties included establishing a weekly curriculum, communication with the parents throughout the day, providing educational play, feeding, diapering, nap scheduling and light cleaning. I love my little kiddos and take helping them develop emotionally, physically, academically both seriously and personally. I also have 15 years of experience in Maryland as a substitute teacher K-5 where I was on a short list of "preferred" substitutes and did both short and long-term assignments teaching all subjects.
