My name is Jenny. I have been a caregiver for over 25 years and a RN for 10. I enjoy staying busy and challenging myself constantly. I have done a variety of jobs as a RN including a ER/ Trauma Nurse, Nursing Director where I managed and cared for over 100 residents and many nurses and and caregivers worked under my supervision. I have worked as an Infusion Nurse, Nurse Educator and a Case Manager. Throughout the pandemic, I have had a unique experience and opportunity to see the need there is for whole person care. Unfourntaly, I feel that certain aspects of care have been neglected including physical care needs like Activities of daily living and certainly the mental health and wellness has been ignored in many cases. This is why I have choosen to change my career path a little to better serve my patients.
