I interviewed Jessica for a nanny position and we had an instant connection. She was so lovely and I would have been comfortable having her watch my 5 month old son. Our posting was for a short term job and I found another candidate who was looking for short term, otherwise I would have definitely hired her. I think you'd be in great hands with her.
