About Jillian

My name is Jillian and I have 7 years of experience working with infants, children, and adolescents. My experience includes working with multiple youth at a time, including those with developmental delays, learning disabilities, special needs, behavioral and conduct disorders, and severe trauma. I have been trained in trauma-informed care and am currently working towards my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling, where my goal is to become a trauma counselor and doula. I have recently completed my coursework towards becoming a birth doula and also have a registration as a registered behavior technician. For the last few years, I have been working with children in an alternative school setting with extreme behavioral issues and learning disabilities. I would say my greatest strengths is my high levels of patience and empathy, and being able to meet children and adolescents of any age where they are. I am happy to help with errands, household chores, as well as pet care!
