I love working with children. I believe there is no better job or experience than watching a child become who they are meant to be by interacting with them in a positive, loving manner, showing them consistency, and limits thru positive age appropriate activities, play and experiences. I believe that positive honest open lines of communication and mutual respect are essential between a provider and parent/ parents. Joan is the only other person I would feel comfortable leaving my daughter with, other than my family. Joan is a very caring and nurturing person and focuses on each child's individual needs. My daughter is now 9 years old and still speaks of Joan. I would most definitely hire Joan again.
