My name is Johanne. I am a mom of 2 and wife. I am a believer, Christian, and worship leader. My communication and leadership skills make me a great candidate for the senior caregiving job. In my previous job, I oversaw myself as a good team player, hardworking, and problem solving. I like helping people, and I like doing activities. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work. I think patience and compassion are essential.
