About Jordan

Throughout middle school, I worked with various peer tutors to better my math and writing skills. Instead of feeling embarrassed, I felt comfortable working with a peer to better understand the material. In addition, my grades- and self confidence- improved. I graduated from University of Maryland with a 3. 8 GPA and a Bachelors in Public Health in May 2019. I am continuing my education at the University of Pennsylvania in the Masters of Social Work program. In high school, I took AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and AP Language, among others. I also tutored sixth and seventh grade math during my junior and senior years. I love learning and am enthusiastic about school. In addition, I took AP art for four years, and am able to use my visual skills to review math in different ways.
