I was Hired by the Home Care Agency in Aug 2018 soon after that I got certified as a PCA/ Personal Care assistant. The company has since been sold to another big company. The management was changed. The office location's new franchise owner poorly managed the office. I was an employee of the month in January 2022, I continued working with Care Advantage until I resigned in October 2023. My duties with the Agency in the clients' homes or the care facilities: are medication reminders, taking vitals, walking, exercising with the clients, meal preparation, companionship feedings, and organizing laundry. Note: I will only do errands and shop with the clients' vehicles. I am dog-friendly only, I am allergic to cats. My rate starts at 25 -35
