About Julia

I'd describe my personality as uplifting, sweet, and confident. I like caring for seniors because it's something I'm confident in and have grown to love. I'd say geriatrics is my favorite population to work with-especially dementia/memory care. I'm looking for a job that allows me the flexibility I need in my schedule and is fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding. I started caring for seniors in 2017 as a side job. It was in that first nursing home that my life changed and I soon realized how much I enjoy working with the senior population. It can be such a rewarding and fun job! One thing you should know about me is I will care for your loved one(s) the way I'd care for my own parents. That's one of the number one things I keep in mind when caring for residents. I imagine "what would I do if this was my own mother or father?"-and it truly helps to keep my perspective positive even in challenging situations.
