My name is Julia, I am originally from Brazil and I have two daughters ages 14 and 10. I have home educated both my daughters for over 8 years in math, English, literature, science, history and foreign language (Portuguese). I am truly passionate about education, and have a special love for literature. Read aloud time is a favorite activity at our home. I am passionate about teaching and caring for children, and understand and celebrate how unique and special each of them are. I have worked as a special education instructional assistant for 3 years at The Classical Academy and have the privilege of helping students with various disabilities including autism, ADHD, OHI, Down syndrome, among others. Each of my students are incredible kids and have taught me so much! I have an associates degree in Law and a Fitness Specialist Certification. I would love to be of service for your family!

Julia is an AMAZING babysitter to our (almost) 16 month old highly energetic toddler! She is very reliable and on time every time. Communication with her has been a breeze. Our daughter (who has separation anxiety and likes to CLING to mommy) warmed up to her faster than she's warmed up to other people (including family members). In addition, she leaves my house clean and organized. She is the BEST!!!
