About Julia

Hi there! I have over eight years of experience. I am currently working as a transitional kindergarten teacher and looking for extra work on the side. Some of my previous positions including preschool teacher, paraprofessional, afterschool teacher, and summer program leader. I am a creative, empathetic, and open-minded educator. I have worked with children with special needs as well. I believe in meeting children where they are at and teaching them important life skills. I am passionate about teaching social-emotional skills. If you are looking for a babysitter for a night-out or a few hours on weekends and want the reassurance that your child is in good care, then we may be a good fit! If you have art supplies at home, I would be more than happy to create some art with your child.
