About Julie Anne Doreen

Hello hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Julie, and I graduated summa cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College in May of 2020. I worked as a tutor at the Writing Center from my sophomore to senior year. I developed students' writing skills, promoted critical thinking, and reiterated the fundamentals of effective communication through one-on-one tutorials and in-class workshops. In the span of three years, I conducted over 485 one-on-one tutoring sessions. I love writing and I love teaching writing. I believe the ability to express ourselves on paper (or keyboard) is fundamental to success in school and beyond. I look forward to meeting you!
