Kaitlyn was sweet and asked great questions to find out how my kids would be best entertained. She handled multi tasking well and cleaned up when the kids made a mess. I wasn't bothered by trivial decisions as she took care of whatever the situation like a pro. My daughter was even really sad when Kaitlyn had to go home, so we promised we'd see her again!
