Kaitlynne is the perfect combination of reliable and flexible. She cared for our daughter from ages 3 to 9 months, along with another baby for our nanny share. She is always receptive to our guidance and often comes with suggestions for care. She helped transition our gal to solid foods, worked on sleep training, and even brought homemade toys of her own to help with motor skills. She also house-sat for us and looked after our animals when we were traveling. I trust her completely.
