About Kaitlyn

Hello everyone! I am a current preschool teacher for a class of 153-year-olds, by myself each day. I am working on my Bachelors in Psychology (to be finished in May) with a plan to be working towards my second Bachelors in Early Childhood Education thereafter. I believe in establishing a respecting relationship with the kids I work with. I like to encourage working together and to show them that fun does exist if they get creative and turn off their devices. I teach independence, demonstrate problem-solving and deescalation skills, and show them the importance of responsibility. I maintain a clean work environment and have my own transportation. I would love to work with a traveling family or a family that speaks Spanish (as I have 5 years learning the language but would love to become fluent). I am open to all opportunities however and am looking forward to getting to know some kind families in my neighborhood :)
