About Kalley

I'm an experienced and dedicated caregiver with 12+ years of childcare experience, including special needs care. I started in 2009 as a caregiver for a newborn and grew into a trusted support for many amazing families. Over the years, I have broadened my caregiving approach to include those with special needs, fostering a supportive and understanding environment for them and their siblings. I pride myself in remaining calm in challenging situations and prioritizing everyone's safety. I've expanded my expertise through an internship as a K-12 Educator, providing after-school programs to children experiencing homelessness, and as a Swim Instructor, facilitating skill development in young children while involving parents in the process.
