Dolma is incredible! She is so kind and warm, and wonderful with our 4 month old. She has a lot of experience working with children and is very knowledgeable about development. I really trusted her, and she was such a calming presence in our home. She was very attentive to our baby, doing tummy time, reading, bathing, changing diapers/clothes, feeding him. He clearly loved and was so happy spending time with her. She is reliable and punctual, and a good communicator. We would definitely hire her again!
