Hello, families! My name is Kara. I have worked for 11 years in childcare. These years have gained me experience as a Montessori infant teacher, a live in nanny, and a full-time nanny. I have worked with children newborn through 6 years old, including children of differing needs and abilities. I have also worked as a medical assistant, and cared for two elderly people. Currently, I provide consistent, long-term care for a child in my home in La Mesa. I have been with this family since August 2021. This coming August, he will be starting preschool, so they will no longer be needing my services regularly. I do have two cats, and my own daughter in the home. My daughter is nearly 3, and will be starting preschool 3 days a week in August as well. She has experience being a loving playmate and friend to children as young as newborn. She is kind, silly, and loving. She would love to befriend you little one.
