Karen is an absolute gem. I don't even have words to describe what she has meant to our family. She had the most special connection with our little guy-she started working with him when he was 5 months old. She has an indescribable ability to communicate with little people-she has so much love to give! Whoever she works with next is the truly the luckiest.
