Karen joined our family when our little girl was about nine months old and was with us for about a year. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have found her - she is wonderful. Most importantly, our daughter absolutely adored her and beamed every single day when she arrived. I was a first time mom and didn’t know what to expect and she made it easy. She’s got a ton of experience and just “gets it” and was able to offer advice as I moved from baby to toddler phases. She’s incredibly reliable and always on time- as busy working parents that was crucial we knew we could count on her. I also appreciated the little things she did to help, like she kept my daughter’s clothes drawer organized (not my strength hah). We would have kept her with us for longer and will miss her very much, whatever family gets her in her new location is very lucky!
