About Kate

For many years, as an administrative assistant of a personal care facility for mentally ill adults, I worked closely with the residents concerning physical and mental needs. I worked closely with doctors, visiting and office nurses, and pharmacists to ensure each resident followed their personal treatment plan. I was always available for each resident to talk, help with bathing, assist with organization of their spaces, help with laundry, and assist with any concern or need. I also provided weekly art activities, bingo games, card games, and organized community outings.
