About Katelyn

Hey there! I'm Kate, I live in the Richmond area and have two Cavapoos named Arlo and Dash. I've always loved all animals and my family has always had dogs (since before I was born!) I enjoy walking, playing with, and loving on my family's, friends', and neighbors' dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds. When growing up, my sister and I would identify our neighbors by their dogs. Sometimes we couldn't remember their name but you could be sure we'd remember the dogs! In my early teen years, I had some health issues, and while in the hospital the only thing that brought me joy was the service dogs. I learned so much about the amazing bond between dogs and their humans and just incredibly smart, intuitive, and loving pets are. These days, I am just as close with my best friends as I am there with pets and I spend time lots of time with my two fuzzy family members.
