About Katherine

Hello! My name is Kate, I am 24, and I have 4 years of healthcare experience between nursing school clinicals and my 3 1/2 years at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. I am a nurse associate working in the hospital pool, which means I have extensive experience in many different healthcare settings such as oncology, stroke/neurological, psych and behavioral, medical/surgical, and cardiac care units. I am a quick learner, easy to get along with, flexible, and have a passion for senior care especially. I treat everyone with the dignity they deserve and always communicate professionally, politely, and with the utmost respect. I have experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care, as I have cared for both of my grandmas who were afflicted. I am extremely understanding and very, VERY patient as I am familiar with the effects these diseases can have on the personality of these patients.
