We had the pleasure of hiring Kathleen through Care.com to look after our daughter for several months, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first meeting, we felt confident and at ease with our decision. Kathleen possesses a natural ability with children, blending patience, attentiveness, and warmth in all her interactions. Throughout her tenure, she consistently went above and beyond to ensure not only our daughter’s safety and well-being but also her developmental and emotional needs. Whether it was engaging her in educational activities, craft projects, or outdoor fun, Kathleen's creativity and dedication shone through. It was apparent that she wasn’t just performing a job, but genuinely cared about our daughter's happiness and growth. Communication with Kathleen was always open and effortless. She provided us with regular updates, and even suggestions for things we might want to try or explore as parents. While we are sad to see our time with Kathleen come to an end, we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her on Care.com.
