I'd describe my personality as optimistic, silly, and kind. I like working with kids because i'm hopeful for our future and consider it a privilege to help shape it through my relationships with them. I'm looking for a job that works well with my family life. My ideal situation would be to care for another child in my home as I care for my own kids. I started working with kids when I was a teen. After college, I worked at an Early Childhood learning center with kiddos age 6 months - 3 years. After having my first child, I worked as a private childcare provider for various families ages 2-12. I have continued to do this in varying degrees over the past 15 years. One thing you should know about me is I will treat your children like they're my own. My skills include creativity, flexibility, and curiosity
