I'm a mother to 4 boys, a grandmother to 6. A Fremont native who loves kids. I love being a part of the growth, learning and development with kids and seniors. I come from the health and fitness industry. I believe that part of the knowledge you pass on to any child should include living a healthy active lifestyle as well as being a good kindhearted person. I have managed a fitness center that included child care. I'm responsible for creating and running yearly summer camp for kids of all ages. My CPR is in progress however, I've been certified for over 25 years. As the owner of a family karate school in Fremont I mentored many kids and provided parental support to all. I also work with seniors, I'm happy to clean, Go for walks, and offer exercise and nutrition education for Seniors. (Senior Citizen care and education is my PASSION)
