About Kayla

I am looking for a rewarding career assisting seniors. I am also interested in housekeeping as I have worked previously cleaning businesses as well as assisting housekeeping in an assisted living environment. I started caring for seniors in an age in place assisted living, August 2020. I have done sales and marketing for the last 4 years, however with staffing shortages in assisted living, I have worked as a caregiver, I have helped in the kitchen and assisted in housekeeping during this time. In my spare time, I like to craft! I am always looking for new things to make, usually I hear my crafts toward a "fail proof" mentality so that seniors of all abilities can participate. One thing you should know about me is I believe everyone should be assisted on an individual needs basis, so that they can maintain their independence and dignity. My skills include assistance with dressing and grooming. Showering. Restroom assistance, some meal preparation, housekeeping and errands.
