Hi! My name is Kayla and I am a graduate from Passaic Valley High School. In high school, I worked as a Peer Mentor, Student Senate Representative, Math Tutor, and Spanish Club Officer. I participated in Varsity Cheerleading and Girls' Show, and was inducted into the National, PV, Art, and World Language Honor Societies. I've been doing childcare and babysitting work consistently for the past four years. I spent my freshman and sophomore summers working as a kindergarten camp counselor at the Little Falls Recreation Center. I babysat for a family of 3 young children regularly among the past 4 years. I have done volunteer work for my local church, from occasional childcare to packing lunches for nearby homeless shelters. While I will attend Colby College this upcoming fall, I am currently on a gap year so conflicts with school won't be an issue. I live in Little Falls and can drive to your house. Kayla is a top quality childcare provider. We have been hiring her for the past 3 years and will always ask her first whenever we need someone to help out with our 3 children. Not only does she make sure my kids are safe and clean, she actively plays with them and connects with them on their level. She even went out of her way to tidy up our home when they were napping. My children absolutely LOVE her and she gives them such care and warm attention. She really went above and beyond our expectations and always has shown a genuine and sincere attitude even on longer work days. She is not only a great childcare provider but also a great role model!
