Hello! I'm Kaylan, an experienced nanny with 20 years of experience in childcare. I am an EMT and have been in the medical field since 2007 and a mother to two beautiful girls 8 and 11. I do not smoke; I have my own vehicle, and I love animals. I really enjoy working with children and watching them grow and thrive. I'm also very knowledgeable about child development, which helps me create age-appropriate activities tailored to your child's interests. I'm a big believer in positive reinforcement and manners.
