About Keiara

I have been a senior caregiver for more than 5 years. Besides working with families, I am also a caregiver for my Grandmother as well. I think patience and compassion are essential. To me this is a job, that requires a lot of tolerance for challenging situations, and good communication and a positive attitude also go a long way. Additionally, you need endurance and physical ability to support patients with certain tasks. My excellent qualities as a caregiver are patience, compassion, attentiveness, dependability, and trustworthiness. Some health conditions that I have worked with are the following dementia/alzheimer's disease, parkinson's disease, diabetes, feeding, bathing/dressing, mobility assistance, paraplegics and anxiety. I have also done hospice care as well. I provide personal care, companionship, meal assistance, transportation, medication management, and other health care duties as needed.
