About Kelley

Hello! With over 10 years of experience and 8 families, my resume is extensive in childcare! I have 6 years experience with infant/toddlers only and the rest with older kids(4-10). Other experience includes Teacher Assistant in infant/toddler room (Lakeshore schools, 1 yr), teaching swim lessons for children at Lakeshore Fitness (2 yrs), 6 months at a children's science museum working primarily with infants to 5-year-olds, but also 4th-8th grade. Philosophy-I am a big believer in imaginative play(I am an actor), I like to be creative with children and use my artistic skills to find different ways for the children to play/learn. I'm educated on developmental milestones and I follow gentle parenting techniques which focus on helping children with emotional regulation. Please ask me more about this!
