With 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. My patient and friendly nature creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for children to thrive. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparent and regular updates. I prefer to follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring that children understand and follow them. My approach is to explain the rules clearly and consistently, while also being understanding and patient. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
