About Kelly

Hi! My name is Kelly and I am currently working as an Instructional Aide/Substitute Teacher at a Deaf/Hard of Hearing school. I have obtained credentials to substitute and am now working towards my Master's Degree to become a teacher of the Deaf. I absolutely adore my job in childcare, currently I work with kids ages 5-7, but have previous experience with working with younger as well as older children. I am fluent in American Sign Language as I received my Bachelors Degree in ASL Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Education. All of my experience has helped me navigate working with all different kinds of kiddos. I also am certified in CPR as well as First-Aid. I am currently on my summer break, but am working at a school Monday-Friday 8am-1 p.m. I will be limited to those hours from July 6-July 26. Once that time has concluded, my availability for August will be wide open as well as my weekends. I look forward to hearing about you and your childcare needs!
