Sure, errands, lunches, transportation and companionship are all offered. However, as a Gerontologist or a specialist in the Aging body and brain, I can also deliver engaging mental stimulation and physical exercise. I work one-on-one to boost memory, processing speed and other functions that decline with age or disease. I am a Certified Brain Health Coach and teach a fitness to those with neuro-disorders. I have 10 years experience working with seniors. In fact, I have trained health care professionals on how to integrate cognitive stimulation, music therapy and rhythmic movement into the lives of seniors. I can pick-up meals and bring them in but I do not cook. I work with most clients 2 x / week. I track improvement and normally see various improvements including their quality of life!
