About Kelsey

Hi Families! My name is Kelsey and I'm a recent graduate of UVM with a B. S. in Middle education with a concentration in English and Social Studies, as well as a minor in creative writing. My college education culminated in a year long student teaching position in a 5th/6th combined humanities classroom at Williston Central School. Alongside my mentor teacher, I helped develop and instruct developmentally appropriate, challenging, differentiated material for our students. I've also worked as a substitute teacher, non-intensive paraprofessional, babysitter and assumed an assistant director position in August 2023 for Part 2 Afterschool at WCS. In addition to all that jumble, I have a passion for the silly, uninhibited nature of kids! Outside of education, I love to run, read, dance, and ski!
