Hey! Just wanted to give you an idea of what I'm like! I've been nannying since 2018, I've had experience with newborns and up! I specialize helping in developmental care as I have been working with PTs and OTs the past 6 months. I treat my nanny kids like I would my own. I will uphold a realistic schedule and routine for the kids as it helps with development. I also help with house hold tasks including, light housekeeping, laundry, toy organizing. My rate is $20+ depending on tasks and outside activities. I do also ask to be paid legally with receiving a w2.
