I have assisted client with the activity of daily living such as : bathing, cleaning, medications , dressing, companion, shopping, outings, doctor appointment, taking vital signs, do laundry , folding clothes and it's depends on what the clients need . I try to be connected with my clients, make feel uncomfortable when I m around . I have clean background check and drug testing I have the copy on hand that's why I don't do one on the wed.
