Hello, my name is Keyla. I go to Monroe college in New Rochelle . I live in Mount Vernon NY. I am studying criminal justice and later on will be going to law school . I am Dominican and I speak Spanish . I am very good with kids and a great babysitter . I have work with a lot of different family and age group kids from babies to teenagers. I have a lot of references and parents the will talk to you about me like if I was a member of their own family . I am very outgoing and love doing different activities with kids. I began working for a local daycare in my area. When the daycare closed down, I decided to continue servicing my clients and start finding more families to babysit for! I strive to provide a combination of educational, developmental, and creative activities. I also have a love for the outdoors, which I share with the children I care for. Keyla is a very nice, dependable person. She was hired to watch my four children, ages 4 & 7. She was kind with them and responsible. She came in the mornings and dropped them to their programs. The kids just didn't find her engaging. But this was said after they met their 2nd sitter...who does crafts, cooks, reads, plays and genuinely loves my kids. I guess that's the hope... that you're caregiver loves your kids. After we stopped calling Keyla to watch the kids, she never reached out to see why not or ask how the kids were. That's the only reason I wouldn't hire her again. I nor my kids felt that she truly in her heart cared for the kids which is what any parent looks for.
