About Khya

Hello everyone! My name is Khya! I am a 20-year-old student currently working on my bachelors degree in elementary education at UNCW. I have experience with kids of all ages (newborns to teens). In the past, I have been a coach for Girls on the Run and have spent the past few summers working at a summer camp for the U. S National Whitewater Center. I have also have had babysitting experience for as long as I can remember. I absolutely love working with kids. They are always keeping me on my toes and encouraging me to think outside of the box. It brightens my whole day when I am able to put a smile on a child's face, or teach them something about the world that they didn't know before. I very much believe in the importance of physical activity and living a healthy lifestyle. I love playing and being active with the kids, but believe in finding a healthy balance between work and play. I appreciate you sharing your child with me and promise they will be in the best hands!
