About Kiana

I'd describe my personality as hard working, detail oriented, and caring. I like working with kids because I know how important it is for parents to be able to find someone they can trust. I also like that I can meet and connect with families :). I'm looking for a job where I can express my talents and grow as a human. My goal is to become a pediatric nurse so I would love to get more professional experience to ripen my knowledge. I started working with kids when I was 12. I grew up up with 3 siblings, all 10+ years younger than me, and a brother close to my age. My parents were often busy with work so I was left in charge. It started off slow like a few days a month and then but as I got older it became everyday. After highschool, I was right to babysitting again, a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old. In my spare time, I like to go on walks around the neighborhood, arts and crafts, watch movies, and organize. My skills include creativity, communication, and time management
