Hi! My name is Kimberly and I am currently a third-year medical student at VCU, completing a research year with NYU Langone from Summer 2022 to 2023. I received a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mary Washington. I have grown up with multiple dogs and cats, along with other animals such as hamsters and fish. I took a 2 year veterinary science course in high school, which including daily care of dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters, and others including a bearded dragon and snakes. I have cared for pets frequently for neighbors and family friends. I also have horse experience from volunteering at a rescue center and caring for my mom's 2 rescue horses. Additionally, I spent a summer a veterinary assistant in high school and I volunteered with my local SPCA in Richmond.

I have multiple pets, large and small, which I have asked Kimberly to care for from time to time and she has always done a good job. She is caring, compassionate and responsible. She has worked in veterinary offices and has knowledge of veterinary medicine. She won a national veterinary conference while she was still in high school after taking vet classes there for 2 years. In college now, she has a 4.0 GPA in all of her classes. She is studious and very kind. I would definitely entrust her to care for my home and my animals.
