It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Kim L, who worked for my elderly parents for almost a year until my father recently passed away. She took care of my 98 year old father, did light housekeeping, and meal preparation . She was dependable, flexible, cooperative, and always willing to try to adjust her schedule to help out. She is kind, patient and has a very pleasant personality and worked well with both of my parents. We really appreciated her nursing expertise as she helped us navigate and problem solve "the next steps" as my dad's condition changed. She took the initiative to keep the family informed of any concerns. My mother currently doesn't need additional help, but would enthusiastically rehire Kim should the need present itself. Any family who is fortunate to hire her, will gain a caring, honest, and knowledgeable caregiver.
