I have 1 year of experience. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Laundry. I have never officially worked as an nanny but I have experience babysitting young children and have found that I enjoy being around them and helping them thrive, play, and use their active imagination. I believe in floor time where I get on the floor and reach their level. I believe in meeting a child where they are and understanding each child is different. I have numerous nieces and nephews. Although I am fun to be around I also believe in following rules and safety. When it comes to watching infants and babies , I have learned to identify signs of when the baby is tired, hungry, needs to be changed. I enjoy soothing babies as well as helping them self soothe so being held 24/7 or just being fed is not the only source. I hope I can be given a chance to put my babysitting skills to work.
