I am proficient in all aspects of child rearing, from sleep training to potty training to all the in-betweens. Keeping with developmentally appropriate skills and stages, I love to encourage and foster a child's growth and confidence. In my past jobs, I have been responsible for all child related care, including, but not limited to- scheduling classes & playdates; school pickup, homework help; grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking; tidying up kid's bedrooms; bath & bedtime; packing for trips; planning fun activities on days off from school, and more! We had the pleasure of working with Kristal over the summer in Jersey City. She was absolutely wonderful with my 1 year old daughter. She not only kept her stimulated throughout the day by taking her on walks, out to parks, etc but also kept up with her learning by teaching her new words, colors, numbers and more. She was always on time and courteous. She even helped out around the house by organizing, cleaning, and doing laundry, without me having to ask! I would not hesitate to hire her again in a heartbeat!
