About Kristen

I like working with kids because the job is very rewarding. When working with kids you're able to make a difference in a child's life during their early years of life. I'm looking for a job that makes me want to come into work everyday. I want a job where I can be my creative self and hopefully share those moments with others around me. I would love for a family to be able to be open and honest with me, but at the same time make sure that I am comfortable and secure. I started working with kids at the age of 18. I joined a program where myself and my fellow teammates mentored and tutored young adolescents. Since then I've stayed working in childcare and Special Education. In my spare time, I like to do things with my two sons. I also love to travel, dance and explore my city. One thing you should know about me is I am very much patient and kind. I have a genuine heart and like to help make people lives just a little less chaotic. Like to lift the burden off others sometimes.
