Hi, I'm Kristen! I am passionate about neurodiversity affirming practice, Conscious Discipline and Developmentally Appropriate Practice. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and training in various topics related to working with children. I have about 8 years of experience working with disabled and non-disabled children ages 1-20 in clinical settings, at schools, and through nannying. I have almost 2 years of nanny experience now, with my first position being caring for a 1-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 5-year-old, and my current position of caring for a 7-month-old. I truly enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn and grow! My husband and I moved to southern Indiana recently when my previous nanny position ended, and I am currently working as a nanny close to the Louisville area. However, this position ends in March of 2025, so I am looking for something to start then! I look forward to hearing from you!

Kristen quickly became one of my child’s favorite people. She is sensitive to the unique strengths and support needs of every child she works with. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed care. She is so fun and loving!
