About Kristen

Hi! I am currently a preschool special education teacher with prior experience at the elementary level. I am available for childcare after school hours during the week days and have flexible availability on the weekends. I am certified in Early Education (B-Grade 2), Childhood Education (Up to Grade 6) and Inclusive/ Special Education. I am a very patient and positive teacher who would like to help develop your child's reading and math skills in fun, creative ways. Outside of teaching, I have had many other volunteer and job experiences in caring for diverse groups of students with a wide range of needs including positions as an arts education assistant, a camp leader, a volunteer mentor, and a coordinator for a youth mentoring program in my local community. I also have over 10 years of babysitting experience with babies and children up to age 12, and I love caring for children of all ages!
